WHO WE ARE

Federal Way Public Academy, home of the Tigers, is located in Federal Way’s Kitts Corner and serves scholars in grades 6-10. FWPA is a college preparatory school that families and students choose to attend. Our school’s program emphasizes a challenging ‘traditional’ academic curriculum for every student in every subject. FWPA prepares students for rigorous, academic instruction in order to prepare them for their college experiences. Students are provided with optimum conditions to perform their best. FWPA encourages students’ understanding of their place in the local community and the world as it helps them to identify their individual strengths, establish their own values, and stimulates them to seek and accept challenges. Scholars also benefit from an array of school activities and clubs to enhance their learning along with an active parent Booster Club to help build and sustain a healthy school environment.
